Ronnie Duke Goes 8.11 @ 169 (Pics. Inside)
Imagine me of all people posting about a GM. 
Brett (OldMan) and I went down to watch some testing today at BMP and saw the Ronnie Duke trailor out there and remembered he is the heavy hitter for the GM camp.
So we went over to check out the car and he came up introduced himself and we ended up b.s'ing for a solid 20 minutes. He is a real stand up guy.
He ran a 8.11 @ 169 on his first pass with this new motor and threw the blower belt in first gear, this is a new record from what I understand !
The second pass he broke something pretty big in the driveline and we had to go so I did not get to find out what it was.
Here are some pics. for you GM guys to enjoy, I have not had time to touch them up or crop them but they look o.k..

ronnie a stand up guy? this coming from scott, i guess i consider the source. apparently you dont know of his legal history or his federal jail time. great pics otherwise scott. awesome actually

Leave it to the in house attorney to bad mouth someone.
As I said I do not follow the GM stuff nor any of the drama associated with any of it.But anyway, he was polite and nice to talk with for a while which is rare at the track. I have met many people from many race teams down at BMP over the years and most were assholes right out of the gate, he wasn't.
I guess I am glad you enjoyed the pictures but you could have saved the rest of jabs but I guess I too need to consider the source.

excellent pics. Too bad he couldnt have made a full pass. The air is great right now. Man that thing has some cash in it for sure. Very very sweet seup that guy has. TA's look so badass with that big & little combo.
