Home Depot sucks ass at cutting wood, and so does Lowes. At least every location its ever been to.

pm me, Buy the wood and give me 15 bucks and ill do it. I usually use staples from an air staple gun with wood glue then calk (sylicone based) for all of the seems. havent had one come apart yet.

Exactly. I've yet to see silicone caulk outperform wood glue.
