Who can make me a good box?

Will be about 2 weeks until I get back from Vegas though.
350 for a 10", theres no way you will get enough air to properly port a 12" sub in there...but will have to take a look to know for sure.
i know a guy that has 2 12s like that and it is just not loud, that simple.

L7's require gobs of air space. There's no way in hell you're going to get a ported 12 under there. You'll be lucky to get a sealed 10 L7, which should be more than enough in a truck....assuming it's done correctly ofcourse.

Damn, that thing is ugly as hell. Not to mention, it sits so high the subs are muffled into the bottom of the seat...you can even see the indentation from the sub on the bottom of the seat in a few of the pics. Using fiberglass, you can sit the top of the enclosure right on that lip (saving a good 4" of height over the pictured example, and should be able to get closer to a cube of air space per side. I guess you get what you pay for though.

I dont like the idea of wood either, I would stick with fiberglassing the entire box with mdf rings and mdf amp rack.

What they did in the picture was use mdf for the whole box, which is why they have to go higher (that compartment area requires many angles to get enough air space with wood). I did a similar setup the first time I ever did one of those trucks a few years ago (used 2 8's)...I learned quick it's not as near efficient (or even as easy) as using fiberglass. What I do on them is make just the top plate out of mdf. It sits identically (like a template) on seat base. Then the entire underside is fiberglassed to form to all the curves and such of that compartment area. Not saying you couldn't do the whole thing out of fiberglass...this was just the easiest/cleanest/most "oem like" way I found. With smaller subs I would even flush mount an amp rack right into the middle which made for a really clean look. Matching carpet and you'd swear it were factory.
