Haywire eclipse deck...who can service?
Bought unit brand new off ebay...can't recall which model ATM. Plugged it in drove it around for about a week and a half with no problems until one day i'm rolling to the car wash and go to change the track and nothing happens. Get to the car wash and take out the key, nothing happens. Radio stays on and keeps playing as if nothing had every happened. Screen is frozen the entire time. Pull the fuse, radio goes off. Replace fuse, all is well. For about a day. Next thing I know radio does this intermittantly until finally radio decides to just die. Die, as in i'm driving along minding my business and the radio just goes blank stop working nada zip zelch ever again. Pull radio, play with wires, unit comes back on but dies 20 or so minutes later. Pull all harnesses out, buy new harnesses, same result. Replace with stock unit, I can listen to music in my fucking car again.
Obviously, since I didn't buy this from an authorized dealer the manufacturer's warranty is out, and I have it for longer then 30 days so getting with the original seller is also not option.
Who in Tampa Bay can I take this to get looked at?

just throwing it out there - Brand new headunits need to be reset before anything happends. When you installed it, did you power it, then reset it before you started using it? If not give that a try.

back up...
well I've had the radio sitting in a box for a the past few months. Today decided to try to plug it back up to see if it works...won't even power up.
Any other suggestions on who to send it to?
