I've seena wall in a CRX, so yes, I'm 100% positive 4 12's would fit in a wall in a Cherokee, you could probably fit 4 15's in there.. Generally you can't see out the back window with a wall however. That's what makes it a wall.

if you pull the rear seat out you can get 8cuft and still see out the back.
With the rear seat its gonna be pushing it. imo

not to sound harsh, or make you feel stupid, but go measure.
8 cu ft x 1728 (inches in a cubic foot) = 13824 cubic inches.
Now, measure the length and width of what you have. Say you have 25 inches between the seat and the tailgate, and 37 between the sides (I have no idea what you have...these are just examples).
25x37=925. 13824/925 = 14.94. So, this box would have to be 25 deep x 37 wide x 14.94 high. If 15 inches is too tall, it won't work. If its not, then it will.
This is inside dimensions, and doesn't account for wood, bracing, speakers, etc., but will get you close. If you want a sealed box, get within 20% of the spec and you'll be fine. By the way, you need to know the right number...'I think they take 2 cu per sub' won't cut it.
Again, not to sound harsh, but if these things are beyond your ability, putting 4 12's in your cherokee probably is, as well. It only gets more difficult from here. I'd suggest going to a shop. Basic advice like 'what will fit in my truck' should be free and easy to get. If its not, go to another shop.

TJElite thx for the info....ive built boxes and i know how critical everything is.for starters i dont know how many Cu ft the subs take yet partially because i didnt order them yet and havent made up my mind on the subs...i know how to do the math(thx for doin it for me though..im not super at math ) i was kinda just wondering if anybody has seen it or has had experiance with it yet....
GradeA_TireFryer....the subs im going to pick are gonna prolly be dual 4 ohm VC i would like a Hz range to be like 18-500 ish give or take a few...im tryin to do a lower class lvl compitition...
thx for the imput guys
Rob
PS TJElite I didnt take it harsh

18-500 wont happen with four 12s. theres no way to keep a flat response through that large a spectrum maybe 18-150. If you dont care about accuracy you can do 10 - 800 if you wanted but it will sound horrible.
