Default you know where i can fix a partially blown sub

i got a 12 inch CVR kicker and it still works but its not sounding right. couple of my friends say that the voice coil is burnt out.

The place where i brought it from charges $20...thats fine but he says it will take a month to get the sub back from shipping and all the other b.s.

so lmk if you know where i can get a sub fix cheap and asap returned also locally.i live in St.pete/Tampa

i had to get the foam surround for my old speakers, a place called the speaker exchange does everything for speakers, and what you need. their kinda expensive but from what i hear verry good.
