I'm shocked to see that the PNR guys haven't so much as tried to respond to this...

I'm up in the 352 area, so I don't care either way for myself personally, but as a Business Owner myself - I definitely would care about my company's reputation...

It is, I would of liked to see what kind of case he would present to us all considering he couldn't defend himself at the shop either and chose to attack me (word wise of course) instead.

Maybe he knows he was in the wrong for what he did/said and chooses to not even bother?

 

Even if he knew he was wrong, for this whole thing he should forget shop policy and give you a full refund. A good name is well worth a money loss, especially in this industry.

his silence is a admission of guilt, he has been spotted viewing this thread, and has posted in other threads voicing his opion quite often, yes there is 2 sides and in here he has the chance to show his. With him ignoring this thread shows what kind of rep he wishes to present. If i am wrong please tell us.

PNR is bull shit dude. i went there an he was babling about how he did famous peoples system an that he been in business for years an there about quality. fuckn loosers. there junk i hope someone robbs there pussy ass. haha. imo there going to probly close there business soon bcuz soon everyone knows now how they treat customers. an he is very disrespectful like he thinks his shit dont stink... fuck em.

 

Yeah, I remember him telling me when I went there the first time that their always busy having a bunch of cars their working on every day and around the holidays and what not their doing like 10-20 cars at a time a day....yet the 3 times I've been there I've only ever seen my car and like 2 other cars in the parking lot.
