There is hardly any .. its barely even visible.. only have one battery as if now so neither of those is necessary..

Glad to hear it helped the voltage so much. A second battery (or alt) should really help on long term bumping.

I think you would be good with the smaller Stinger SPV, I believe its SPV44. Only time we ever run the optima's is when were replacing the battery under the hood or adding a battery under the hood. Any other time its stinger or kinetik.

If you dont have the cash to drop on a brand new aftermarket alternator then check out some other models of your car, sometimes a higher model will have a higher output alternator.

I want to replace my under the hood battery.. so optima yellow top would be the best option for that? i want to do one at a time to see what helps/doesn't..

Always good to see big3 pics - its the cheapest upgrade for getting more power through the charging system.

However 0/0 is way overkill for a stock alternator. the terminals and fuse connectors are difficult to stuff all that copper into and look bad. ultimately there isn't any benefit to it.

I beg to differ on the corroding terminals though - ive had the same terminals he used on my car since 04 and they look pristine. As long as you charge the battery regularly it shouldn't corrode.

I would not waste my time with the big 3 without doing 0/1 gauge... Overkill never hurts especially for upgrades.
