Haha, my truck was a "Buddy Fix" But we actually did everything by the book, we just weren't as good as pros like the guys at MCOR. And of course we cut corners when we were constricted for time...

I chose MCOR & have been proud of my decision and greatful for the work and results I received!

Josh, at least your "buddy" remembered to fuse it (it was safe at least). I LOVE the "buddies" that don't think a fuse is necessary when running the battery to amp power wire.

Or how about that "buddy" that read one to many Radio Shack Car Audio for Dummies books and decided everyone else was doing it wrong and that a fuse should be only installed on the ground wire of the amp since voltage actually flows backwards (like lightning that actually originates from the ground or whatever).

I never actually get to meet "buddy". I think more often than not, "buddy" is actually the owner who is too embarassed to admit they actually did the screwball install.
