Rob Clay bared out winshield at the last CMP race so its clean.. I have new wipers.

Also I recall seeing there is power and cover in the pit if you are renting a stall.

Hmm, so if we have <15 cars at the track that day I assume everyone gets a stall unless something else is going on there I'm unaware of.

What is this "renting" you speak of ?

The real pit area in a building under cover is $100 for the day. This is provided by the track not Chump.
If you didnt do this, I am sure there are spots open. OR you can set up a pop up cover and pit in the main parking area by the track. In the past with Lemon races having 100 cars this gets messy and people end up in the grass. Not good for Jacks or axle stands. But with only 12 of us I am sure there will be plenty of Cement.

We just rented a pit area to make sure we have power and cover.

Don't forget, you can buy $20 per bonus lap with a max of 5 laps and all the money goes to a local charity. The charity for this event is "Parent 2 Parent of Miami". These tech officials aren't bribed like in LeMons with booze and food....they are bribed with donations to charity!

There is power in the pits but I'm not sure if it'll be on or not. Bring your own pop ups for shade in the pits. If you get a garage, there is no fueling there, only in the hot pits or out by where you park your trailers.

Plenty of room in the pits to set up. At Rockingham it was first come first served as far as spots go. We'll have plenty of room. With the req'd 5 min pit stops, pit location isn't as important as an un-timed pit stop.

Good call Taj. So since we are in FL for the race the FL teams dont need to do the side Bet. We can apply the $100 to bribes for charity.

Black sheep you out there?

Yup, we're planning on driving the Z over to Charlies to load it up around 7am ish.Should be ready to go no later than 8am I would think. We'll try to hook up with you guys so we can head down together.

The car is pretty much ready to go. Kyle, we need to bleed the breaks one more time. It should be a very interesting race. 12 hrs and only like 20 cars! I'm thinking I should bring my tent and air matress.

I had a brain fart. For some reason I was thinking 24 hours and that we might want to take a nap.
