Petition for Dragstrip in Pinellas county
While at Automotive engineering today noticed that they had a petititon to sign asking Pinellas county for permission to open a 1/4 mile dragstrip and oval track on the old Toytown landfill. Looks like it is somewhere around 275 and roosevelt area. Not sure if has been touched on here, but thought I would let all know. So go sign it!!

Oh snap, I work at 275 and Roosevelt and have to cruise past that landfill all the time! That'd be a great place for a drag strip, other than it smells horrible. Hell, right now everybody uses 28th street for a drag strip anyway, which is right in front of the landfill, so they might as well build a legal track.
