Now that the drama is over, the real story can come out.
Cecil wanted a stunt bike, so he tried to pull his " scare the rider and buy the bike trick again", only he didnt realize it was Chase and he doesnt scare as easy as Cecils last victim.
Sorry Cecil, I was'nt going to let everyone know your plans to get a lot of bikes and open a used bike shop, but someone has to look out for the other riders on this board
