Biker Down - Tampa Rd, and 19th st. PH
Tampa Rd going east, bike was getting put up on a flat bed - looked like the plastics got rashed off the bike, no rider in sight......
2 in one day is terrible. : (

Not more then five miles from my door step - I had just put my bike in storage, and was on my way back - I was like shit - I just came down this road ten minutes ago....crazy a$$ people in P county. : (
Looked like a black bike with yellow accents....can't say for sure any other details about it though.
