A Pasco County deputy was laid to rest at the First United Methodist Church on U.S. 19 in Hudson on Tuesday.
Aaron Buffardi, 33, crashed his new motorcycle while on the way to work Friday. He was thrown onto Little Road when a tractor-trailer turned in front of him on Fox Hollow Drive.
Buffardi was a bailiff at the West Pasco Judicial Center in New Port Richey and had worked at the sheriff's office since 1997. He leaves behind a wife and two young children.
