My condolonces and prayers go out to Jason and his friends/family. Only met him once at Gameworks awhile back but seemed like a nice guy. I lost a very close friend of mine due to a bike accident 4 years ago so I know exactly how you guys feel.

Motorcyclist crashes, tangling Frankland
Motorcyclist crashes, tangling Frankland

TAMPA - A motorcycle crash slowed things to a crawl on the Howard Frankland Bridge on Saturday afternoon.
Motorcyclist Jason Paul Harrill, 22, of Largo was seriously injured. He was being treated at Tampa General Hospital.
Harrill was heading east near the Kennedy Boulevard exit about 2 p.m. when he stopped suddenly for traffic in front of him and was pitched from the bike, said Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Allan Carter.
He was taken to Tampa General Hospital with serious injuries, Carter said.
His helmet, motorcycle jacket, jeans and boots sat in a pile on the one side of the road. His motorcycle lay on the other side of the road, its rear tire torn from the rim.
Nikki Seiler of Sarasota was taking a friend to Tampa International Airport when she witnessed the crash. She leaned against the bridge's guardrail an hour after the crash and described a bloody scene.
"It was very yucky, very yucky," she said
Seiler said Harrill passed her Ford Excursion and was weaving in and out of traffic at a high speed, she said.
"He rode that dotted line in between two cars riding side by side," Seiler said. "It happened so quick. What I don't understand is how that bike didn't hit any cars."
Authorities blocked two lanes.
Traffic as far back as Gandy Boulevard in Pinellas County was forced to inch along the span.

that's terrible man! Hopefully he pulls through this!! Let us know if there is anything we can do. Maybe we can pick a meet for this week and buy one of those huge cards. Everyone could sign it and take it to the hospital for him. Just an idea.
oh man I just saw it on the news and when I heard the name and make of the bike, I said aloud, "That could be Jason, let me go on TR and look"....and sure enough. Hope he has a speedy recovery and glad to hear that he's alive.
Damn it! I am so sorry! When I posted the "Rider Down" thread all I knew at the time was that it was on the Howard Frankland! Channel 13 was the first to report it and of course they didn't have the link to the story. I didn't find the story untill late last night. Prayers sent!
I am trying to place the name with the face.
Can someone please point to a pic of Jason?, or post one up
Thanks.
