Man Dies After Being Thrown From Motorcycle
- PALM HARBOR - A man died after he was thrown from his motorcycle Sunday afternoon, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Addison M. Flanders, 19, of Palm Harbor, was flown to Bayfront Medical Center, where he died Sunday evening. He lost control of his motorcycle while eastbound on County Road 95 about 12:45 p.m., the highway patrol said.
The front of his 2003 Honda motorcycle hit a sign and mailbox before he was thrown off. The motorcycle then hit another sign and two telephone poles. Flanders was found lying on his back on the south shoulder of C.R. 95.
