Hey Adam I was talking to your friend Jimmy last night he has a 06 600. Ricksta his girlfriend and I were on 60 one of his friends went down on his gixxer there were racing and I guess his bike shut down and when he drifted to the emergency lane there was a tire and he ran over it and went down apparently he is ok. When a truck came to pick up the bike they were leaving and this car was like going over 100 mph and almost rear ended them. Was quite the scene.
But anyway I guess his kickstand switch is to blame!

i like the paint scheme...the tail isn't bad...it's better than the stock neanderthal club.

Yup he told me that he tied it up.
Suzuki needs to step up to the plate.
There so wrong to think there not liable. There product should not shut down. I would be on the phone with a lawyer. There is more than enough posts about this on gixxer.com. tell the insurance about why the bike stalled they would look into it get a lawyer for you and replace the bike.

No isurance justpayed the bike off, being its a manufacture defect, the insurance is only responsible if you crash. insurance only covers collison. I talked to Jimmy were gonna find a lawyer on monday willing to do a class action`

Hey Brandon it was cool meeting you the other night. We will have to meet up another saturday night maybe this weekend.

I will get the bike checked but yea, if they can use my bike to see if mine will shut off then. I'm for it people don't need to die because Suzuki won't step to the plate. Take are money but don't give to shits if we crash WOW!!!!!!!!!
