Your gonna need a way to get all the weight off the back wheel/swingarm. We used an engine hoist and strap.

your all the way in st pete? I have one that i could prob give you in my garage (have to ask my friend cause it's actually his and we were practicing anodizing on it. If you measure the distance between the two closes holes (the left most hole in that picture that is circled and the hole you are going to move the bolt to) I can measure the one in my garage and we can compare this evening. If you want it and my friend isnt using it join in on one of the Sunday N. Runs and we can swing by my house and grab it (and a cold beer)

right now i just want it to not be a pain in the ass... its my DD so everything has to be done on the spot.

#1 need to be higher up, and idk about the strech it may look gay but getting a diff chain will be yet another pain in the ass...

#2 need to fix rear brake, not working at all either no presure in brake line, no pad left or something worse

#3 need a passenger seat and right pasenger peg for the ladie.

*so now you prolly see how its a pain in the ass

for the chain, use a chain breaker to shorten it FREE chain.
