FS: 1991 Galant VR4 (Turbo + AWD)
BTW, this is an older pic, Ill try to get some more recent pics this weekend.
Well the time has come. I have realized that I can no longer keep this car around, its just not economical for me anymore. Between college and work I dont have much time to work on and enjoy the car, so its up for grabs.
For those that dont know Mitsubishi made 2000 of these in '91 and 1000 in '92. They are powered by the ever so potent 4g63. Same engine and drivetrain as an Eclipse GSX/ Talon TSI. Also came with 4WS.
1991 Galant VR4, 1667/2000, Belize Green
Anyway on to the mod list:
Engine:
- Around 110,xxx miles
- Evo3 16g (w/ 34mm flapper) (Around 3,000 miles)
- Evo3 Manifold (Around 3,000 miles)
- K&N Fiter
- 2.5 inch Apexi Downpipe
- 2.5 inch Moufagas Catback with magnaflow stealth muffler
- Manual Boost Controller (set at 14 psi)
- Road Race Engineering stainless steel oil feed line
- Datalogger with MMCD
- Walboro 255 fuel pump
Drivetrain:
- Moufagas short shifter
Interior:
- Greddy 60mm electronic boost gauge
- Eclipse CD player
- Pioneer 3 way speakers
All maintenance has been kept up with. The timing belt
was just replaced along with all the pullies and everything. Newer radiator and thermostat.
The overall conidition of the interior I would give is a 9 out of 10. The black leather is in good condition and everything is pretty clean. The exterior could use a little work. I never cared too much about it and there are a few blemishes here and there. I would give it a 7 out of 10. There is no rust on the car anywhere.
This car has been well maintained and Ive enjoyed it every bit. I have every receipt for everything ever done to this car as well as the original sticker for it.
The price is 5,000 FIRM

lol... DSM owners always talk so much shit about honda's/acura's but yet 3-4 of em are turning to them now since selling their DSM's.... crazy shit huh, i'm turning to Mazda for a taste of that Rotary power...

can I just say that I had my ass handed to me not too long ago by one of these that didn't like half as nice...definitely nice cars, total sleeper....if I had the extra money I'd buy it and park it in the garage so I could lower the risk of my big-bad domestic being embarassed once again

bump for one of the top 5 sleepers of the past 20 years ( #1 buick grand national ).
This is a very important thing you shoulda meantioned IMO... It was built in Japan, not in Illinosis or where ever the other DSM's were built.... At least that was what I was told, but I'm pretty sure its correct.
