I,ll give you a call as soon as i can.Are you going to put this car back on the road or use it for parts.Because i got the car for 500
no title it was just sit at this shop i go to and i know them very well.and they got the car but the guy never gave them a title but i have the tag to it. You would just need to file a lost title and get a ubanded title.but i need the tranny and axels you know that right?

Well ya see...here is the problem.....
To get an "abandoned" title, you have to send a letter to the registered owner VIA certified mail. They have thirty days to claim the vehicle.
Now, with that on the board. Who did the car belong to before, will you give me a gaurantee in writing stating i can get it titled and is it stolen? Also, if it is at a shop, why haven't they applied for title by mechanics lien?
