take your pick mustang dyno or dyno jet. tested against both. and if you havent herd of 400hp on 15psi thats your problem! people make 600hp around 20psi all day long.
that does sound a little high for such low boost. good friend of mine has a t-61 turbo miata fully built and dyno tuned and hes puttin down like 450 @ around 30psi... but either way sounds like a sweet ride and would love to buy if i had tha doe, free bump

compression, liters, what type of motor (honda) makes all the difference. ask any real shop. thay'll tell you 400hp on 15psi has been done for a long time now. no uncommon now days.
