your right without the title its useless unless you dont care about registering it. whose name is it in baggz can u get the title at all? if you can you could ge tmore for that beast.

heres the deal you can register the bike w/ a bill of sale and i will give one w/ name,add,
and my dl# yes i can get a title for the bike a i bought the bike off my friend whos momm thru him out he got a new tittle it is in the mail and will take and will take a few weeeks to get here but yes you can tag the bike w/ a bill of sale no the bike at this time does not run i have a new head for it that just needs to be bolted on it does need the plastics on the lft and right side call me for more q
