Ok fellas,
I built this combination as a favor/present for my little brother, here is the run down on the assembly. It’s a custom 393 stroker which was built for forced induction..
The engine alone was over $5500 to build.
1972 base 351W (strongest)
Block:
Hot Tanked
Square decked
O-ringed
Align bored main bearings w/ ARP main studs
Bored and Torque plate honed cylinders
New camshaft bearings
New frees plugs oil galley plugs
Fel-Pro 9333-1 Head Gaskets
Fel-Pro 1262 Intake Gaskets
Work was performed by Central Florida Machine and Speed.
Rotating Assembly:
Probe Racing
Cast Steel Crankshaft
Moly Rings (File Fit)
Probe SRS Forged Pistons 8.8:1 Static
CL77 Bearings
Probe CNC H-Beam Forged Rods
Ford Racing Billet Flywheel
Ford Racing Damper
Rotating Assembly was matched balanced By: Central Florida Machine and Speed
Cloyes Double Roller Timing Chain
Ford Racing Billet Distributor Gear
Cam Motion Custom Hyd. Roller Camshaft
Ford Racing Hyd. Rollers and retaining hardware
Melling HV Oil Pump
Ford Racing Oil Pump Driveshaft

The list goes on but this is all that I can remember.
This Convertible is easily worth 10K.
With a T-70 turbo and it’ll be a reliable 10 second convertible.
