94 Prelude Si...... FS or Trade

94 Prelude Si ..... H23 motor and 5 spd tranny
I bought this car as a project and I have changed my mind
The motor isn't running currently, I've been told its a rod? The car has a few minor dings nothing major.. very minimal body work.... It does need paint, its original color is Black and comes with the stock spoiler.
The car has full power options and sunroof, as well as full interior in great shape!
there is a hole in the carpet underneath the pedals from wear.... all Boston Acoustic speakers and built in crossover, no radio..but the car is pre-wired for an amp.
It has some 15 ICW rims

Looking for only $1300 obo ....... I will accept 1st reasonable $cash$ offer! and I did say reasonable!
OR
I would really like to trade for a 92+ Hatch... or ..Delsol, possibly a Teg, I will except just a shell.... no motor needed, or can be a blown motor, I don't care... as long as body is ok.......

Pics in gallery.... not gonna part it out... have already had multiple offers and potential buyers from the autotrader ad... some more than what I'm asking on here
But I may have my JDM H22 swap up for sale soon..... we'll see

good stuff... i say keep it, fix it, mod it and join me and my friends in a couple lude meets before i head to cali. we could get some really good pics and stuff of all the cars. the jdm h22's are fun, trust me.
