I was hoping the problem was small, but it turned out that the problem really is the turbo. I just took it out for a 30 second drive to make sure and everything else on the car is very mechanically happy but the turbo is pretty mad.

I'm sorry but I do not want to sell my rims, I have no interest in parting out the car at all.
I have updated this thread with pictures. These pictures include everything I could think someone wanted to know except for the Megan Racing boost gauge and the AEM wideband which are located in a dual gauge pod on the a-pillar

Edit - Me2thaf - I'm probably about 5 minutes from you. I'm located in the UNF campus on the dorm parking lots.

Also, keep in mind that I would consider trades for the following
Stock S14's
Stock or low mileage 3kgt's (3000gt)
MR2's depending on the condition
stock/low mileage sedans w/ a fair amount of luxury options.
