'85 Toyota MR2 W/ JDM 20V 4AGE Motor Swap...
Selling the car for a friend, I have for sale a clean 1985 Toyota MR2 with a JDM 20 valve 4AGE Silvertop Motor swap, the car runs and drives great, starts easily and runs smooth, the car was recently repainted black and red-oxide(same color as the Grassroots Motorsports Civic racecar), the swap is very clean and works well, the vehicle is equipped with power windows, power locks and a sunroof, The car has been pampered and works great it just never gets driven, the chassis has 134k with only 40k on the motor(rear clip was imported for the swap which included the cluster), so its time to move on to something new
Quick rundown of the car:
1985 Toyota MR2
-JDM 4AGE 20V Silvertop Motor w/ 5 speed Tranny
-Apex-i S-AFC
-Billet aluminum Trumpets w/ Uni filters for the ITB's
-15x7 Sportmax 002 with Falken ziex 512 (lots of tread remaining)
-Upgraded Rear sway bar and mounts
-Suspension Techniques Race Springs
-Tokico Blue shocks
-87+ Full front and rear brake conversion
-93+ MR2 Turbo shift lever
-Ultra light weight Odessey Battery relocated to "frunk"
-87+ Tail light conversion
-TRD Steering wheel
-Water temp and Oil pressure guages
-Car will come with stock 14" wheels, 4age Airbox, spare 4AGE head and straight pipe for the exhaust (car will shoot fire with this on)
The car runs and drives flawlessly, can be driven daily, it is very reliable, the car has small dings and dents here and there but nothing not to be expected for its age, this car can make a perfect track car or just a fun daily, all major maintenence was done when the motor was swapped including new clutch and flywheel, car is ready to go, owner is asking $3650 OBO, NO TRADES please
