I am looking to sell a 95 Acura Integra LS Automatic 4 door, that just broke 106k miles. Runs perfect.

The car is lowered and may need an alignment but we plan to do it by this weekend, the front tires may need new tires soon, but the back ones are perfect.

The A/C needs to be recharged (it works 100% freezing), all componants inside work, etc.

THE BAD: there is a 'ticking' noise coming from the engine (not a knock). I'm taking a guess that its a gasket, or something to do with the exhaust. It only does it when your accelerating or revving.
