i just watched a 2002 passat gls with 95k run through greater tampa auto auction and it did 4900$
dude if a dealer is offering you 6k pick up your keys and drive it to him and sell it right away before he changes hims mind.
why would he buy yours four 6k when trade in value is only 4700 tops? the dealer offers 200 less then trade in so he can dump at auction and get ride of the older stuff and cover the auction fees to sell. No new car dealer can get a person finaced buying a car with 120k to many miles unless he is a buy here pay here kinda guy.
run back to that dealer and get his 6k cash, unless he offered you 6k trade in on another car . Thats no big deal becuase the other car is prob so jacked up in price it balances out and seems like your getting 6k when your just over paying for the other car.
