florida does still do rebuild salvage cars
but his car was not issued a rebuildable title
he has a c.o.d
means certificate of distruction its a piece of paper saying it for parts and the car was taken off the road
no way will it even be allowed to have a title and be back on the road

only way is to be a dealer and drive it around on a dealer plate , farm use or offroad

a person has a bill of sale for 2-3 other cars they could claim the chopped up and welded together and built a " custom car" built by hand or a" kit car" and try to get a new vin number assighned under kitcar discription

but thats a long shot and prob never happen due to paper work and inspections involved

its a good export car you can send it to another country and issue that countries title and pass its govt regulations then it can be driven in that country .

if i had the cash id buy it and throw the motor in my s13... never seen it done and seeing that they put v8s in s13s these days i think it would fit

yes it will fit, and I have seen one .....bad ass idea.

unfortunately a COD from the state of FL is very hard to get around. The car is hit so bad that an insurance company totalled the car, and the state issues a COD so the car cannot be put back on the road. Track car only, or part it out.
