Very true about prices and availability but to all car in the market out there, every car that is owned goes down in value. There are a FEW expections but most of the time, the money spent into a car will never be seen again thats just the bottom line. Something you pay 15k from a dealership will be worth 7-9k when you leave. Thats how it is, not bashing the AE86 but this goes to all car owners out there.
Its a respectable and fair price you've put on your AE86, but if it doesn't sell you can always try lowering the price a bit by like $100.

welcome to america my friend. Educate yourself a little more about prices and "availability" of the parts my car has. If you cant, this is not the market for you then. Go find a car that you can easily find stuff for on your local junkyard and have your fun. If you want to pay $700 for a pos sr5 and be like the rest of the ricans, go ahead. U get what you pay for.
I can expect to get whatever i want. You can put a price on but I decide whats the value. Again, if this was your type of market, first you would know the value of the front bumper alone and second, you would not have made such sarcastic reply.
I can let the car go with usdm tailights, steering wheel, usdm bumpers. then it would be worth 3.5k for a gts. Dont like? dont ruin my thread. I hate hondas and I think their value is worthless but you dont see me trashing their threads. I respect and expect to be respected. Again, dont like it, dont ruin my thread.

mine is an sr5 but was converted completely and has a 20v and im not rican so what does that make me

Obviously the trade for a sc300 in the condition I assume you want won't happen unless 1) that guys a dumbass trading a sc300 for a stock ae86 or 2) you throw cash on top of it.

5 speed oviously. Auto very possible. 2 weeks ago i helped my girl get a 94 sc300 118k miles great contition for 3k. you just have to know where to look for. In my case, my car is worth a sc300 in complete stock form.

86 will be a car harder to find so is not like is going to depreciate in value with time since is close to be a classic or maybe it already is to those who spend 2 years looking for one like i did.

You see many supras because Florida has many supras but you go out of florida and you won't see much of any. California, Florida, Vegas, and Texas are the big supra states. Also its mostly Tampa, Gainsville and Miami that has the most supras in Florida. Yes, my supra is targa, but my supra is fixed and running now so its worth alot more now
