4/S 1993 Honda Civic Hatchback Si w/B18C

This car is need some love and I just don't have the time to put into the car that it needs. Has everything you need you need to finish the swap. The car is not running right now, needs the dizzy to be setup. Cylinders 2 and 3 have low compression I"m not sure what it could be though.
