Yea but you know how people in TR are... So i wont hold my breath at all for this dude coming to see it.. Coming from Miami and already talking about he is coming to negotiate when he sees it..
I told him dont waste his time coming unless he has $3500. Called me 10 minutes later talking about he is on his way and cash in hand but we needed to talk...
I gave him 3 hours to get here.
