Timing chain tensioner replaced 150 miles ago
The top strikers were replaced with ones from HTG
The Bad:
The back plastic window was ripped when I got it... it has clear silicone on it to seal it up. It holds and does not leak...and looks a lot better than tape.
I give the body a 7 out of 10 but I am real picky with my cars. Some people come expecting something terrible but it's really not.. I'm just picky like I said.. it's got 2 little tiny dings in the passenger door...they look like little vampire bites. I am not sure how it happened as I have only owned the car for a couple months.
Theres some paint peeling on the top of the windshield frame and a "spider web" paint crack on the rear bumper.
ABS light is on...it's been on since I bought it. I haven't checked the sensors yet.
I did a compression test and got 160 compression in cylinder 4. The rest were 220 across the board. After adding a tea spoon of oil to cylinder 4 it bumped up to 185. So, I'm pretty sure that means the piston ring in cylinder #4 is bad.
The car is down on some power due to that but still a very fun car to drive as is...I didn't buy the car for drag racing so it hasn't really affected my driving style at all.
The car books at $11,XXX...
So I am asking for $8000...I think that's fair for both parties and I am FIRM on it.. I have had two offers today for $7,000 so 8k is not out of reach

I've always wanted a S2000.... I'd like to say that I'd be back in another one once I get my debt right but I injured my back in Iraq doing convoys last year and I don't think my back agrees with me driving a S
If you are seriously interested I can take detailed pictures for you...but please don't waste my time.
The car is located in Biloxi Mississippi.... about 5 minutes away from all the casinos down here on the coast.

You injured your back doing convoys? Were you a driver? I was on a long ass mission and driving in the IBA killed my back. I also had a S2k. Good luck with the sale.
