bump for a crack head price lol thats hella cheap for an itr, question tho if it's an 01 why did someone switch out the steering wheel to the 94-97? and the whole car looks like it was repainted by the rear angle shot. GLWS bro wish I had the money for it

Its an 01, but the previous owner change the steering wheel and i dunno really why. The car has not been repainted. the only thing that was resprayed was the front bumper.
