DOhc swapped s13 hatchback 240sx project/ will trade for other car

For those who dont understand what 1,000 means , leave now.
Short story-
I bought the car from darrel a few weeks ago.. I was going to put my s14 engine in it but I am sick of messing with these things right now.
The car has valve tap. I dont think its a rod knock because it isnt really loud at high throttle. I am sure its comepletly rebuildable. I fixed the clutch issue he was having. The car does run and drive now. I bought the car, fixed the clutch issue, bought lots of interior it was missing etc. Good project for someone who has the time.
Car-
89 hatchback s13
DOHC engine swap
Auto to manual swap (trans is perfect very smooth)
Clean body, has one single dent in one qaurter which is hard to notice and not big also have a few dings in the fender.
( I can include a dohc front end as well)
clean title in hand.
others-
pignose lip if its paid for before I sell the lip
Kyb gr2s all the way around.
tein springs on the rear.
sportline springs in front
Brand new slave and slave line
Cold air intake ( duno the brand)
Short shifter ( most likely a knock off)
Walboro 255lb ( maybe , might put the stock one back in)
Se wheels.
pretty sick knock off 330 wheel. with hub installed.
Cons-
-No offense to darrel but he put some retarded paint on this. it is textured. doesnt look bad from far but I cant stand it.
-The car as valve tap but does run/drive/move
-2 missing studs on wheels.
-needs tires.
- rear interior needs to be installed but I have most of it for it ( yes its black)
trades-
Coilovers plus cash,
maybe other stuff....
maybe a clean clean s14 shell etc
or any other car that is rwd but may consider a honda.
