FT: maxima 3.0 v6 5spd. Need a bike ASAP
Ok heres the deal- I love this car. It is ridiculously reliable, peppy when you need it to be, has the bose system and hasnt needed a single part since I got it. But my "situation" has changed and I can no longer afford insurance. That said, a car cannot now be registered without insurance. So Im looking to get a bike. I figure with my current financial situation It would be better to own a bike than a car until things get better. Everyone I know says Im an idiot for considering this option but to be honest I know whats right for me and this is just something I want to do. Now that Ive posted my shit all over the internet- on to the car.
1997 Nissan Maxima
168k on the odo
runs PERFECTLY and anyone who doubts that is more than welcome to come test drive it.
I would not hesitate to take this car anywhere. Ive driven it daily from lutz to brandon without incident since Ive owned it, 6 months of which I also made daily trips to st pete off 5th ave.
its got the 3.0 liter V6 with the 5 spd manual trans. Its fun as fuck.
passenger window is off the track thanks to my retarded x girlfriend. (fuck you bitch)
The ac doesnt work but I haven't had time to diagnose it. I believe its the compressor (as it always tends to be the expensive part that goes first) which is about 300 bucks. its winter. fuck it.
nice 16" stock rims.
Clean interior and will be fully detailed before its sold or traded.
nice tint.
pioneer head unit and bose system.
um, fuck, oh pw pl (duh) I cant really think of more, Im not good at selling cars but whatever. I am in tampa by usf and will drive within reason to show the car.
Im looking for a reliable bike for transportation. Ive ridden bikes for a long time and can handle a variety of them so im not really that picky. I like STOCK BIKES. This is for transportation. Im sorry if you dropped 5k into the bike since you got it, the bike is worth to me what its good for as transportation. And my car is nice, so dont fuck with me. I need something reliable.
Thanks for looking.

I also have a 1980 gs550 that ive had sitting for 4 months. Its not running but did when it was parked. Its stripped down and has clubman handlebars as my goal was to turn it into a cafe racer. I dont have money to dump into it anymore so it may become part of the right deal for someone. Here is the only picture i have of it.
how bout a mild built 96 900 rr, super reliable bike
