I was an owner of a Civic Wagon in 1997. It was my first vehicle and it's very good on gas. If there's one thing you'll learn in life buddy is that you will never be the "ONLY" person to want something, no one ever came first in anything.

Wow I wasn't getting into a pissing contest about being "first" or the "only" because neither of those words appear in my post. I just thought it was interesting that so many people that I have run into that are looking for one all of a sudden need them because they all had recent additions to the family... mostly. More or less it was an acknowledgement of a kindred spirit on a similar crusade. You don't have to go all Travis Bickle.

No harm no foul, and good luck with the wagon search. Whatever you do don't get desperate and look for one in the Midwest. Apparently all the models sold there come stock with solid gold engines and diamond studded interiors. I was asked to make a reasonable offer and figured 1600 for a stock 2wd with decent miles, moderate body damage, some rust and decent interior was fair but you would have thought I had called his mother a whore the way he reacted. His sale price: 5000.
