FS:1971 Chevrolet Chevelle/Malibu - $3500
Trades?PRICE DROP~
Up for sale is my 71' four door Chevelle/Malibu. I had alot of hopes and dreams for this car, but as every sad story goes, I dont have the money or time for another project. It's a very solid car. originally a western car from what i was told by the previous owner and what i gathered from pictures.
Trunk an floor pans are in great condition, not rusted through anywhere. just a couple rust bubbles and minor surface rust on the whole car, just needs minor body work and paint. All bumpers and trim are in excellent shape.
As for interior the seats have the 40-year wear on them but carpet is not in too bad of shape. Originally an A/C car but none of the components are there (compressor, blower motor etc.)
Powertrain is a Stock 350 with 650 4bbl edelbrock carb and 350 turbo tranny which shifts fine. dual flowmasters with H pipe exhaust that gives it a nice rumble, still new. Car has power steering, but not power brakes. Drum brakes all around. Car runs and drives like a dream, just may need a new fuel pump thats it. As you could see I started on some of the paint work but never finished. Look past the rough paint and Camaro rims and it will be a nice driver!
