Fs: 99 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX AWD - Pics - Lots of Mods, Needs Some Loving
For sale only: 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX all wheel drive. I don't have anymore time for this project and am ready to count my losses. I'll start off with the good.
Mods:
k&n intake
evo mass air
custom intercooler with custom piping
forced performance exhaust manifold
MHI big 16g turbo
greddy blowoff valve
custom 3" inch downpipe
apexi n1 exhaust
koyo radiator
3g lifters
ngk spark plugs and wires
780cc injectors
walboro 255 fuel pump
braided fuel line
aem wideband
boost and oil pressure gauges
s-afc
apexi turbo timer
manual boost controller
lightly polished intake manifold
shaved and lightly polished valve cover
act 2100 clutch
lowered 2" on springs and shocks
chrome gst wheels with good tires
vented carbon fiber hood
projector headlights
8k hids
body has just under 100,000 miles
1g motor rebuilt less than 10,000 miles ago
transmission is fresh to the car with less than 60,000 miles
clutch has less than 1,000 miles
turbo has less than 1,000 miles
most mods less than 5,000 miles
suspension has less than 10,000 miles
new brake pads
new lifters
new front axles
new rear motor mount
The car has the following needs/issues:
- Needs one rod/piston replaced. One is slapping around in there. No shavings in the oil. Motor still runs with great compression and good oil pressure. Lost a lot of oil on the interstate in a short time. I had to replace the lifters as well as the turbo. This is the only issue left from the incident. I just don't have the time to get this fixed. I don't think the motor will have to be pulled, but I can't say with complete certainty.
- Ac compressor bracket installed. The car has everything set up for ac. It just needs a new bracket installed which I will include with the sale.
- There is a minor coolant leak I can't track down.
- afc needs to be retuned.
- Needs a battery tray bracket.
- Needs antenna replaced.
- No radio included, but I can throw one in for a good price.
- Needs oil pressure gauge wired.
- Hood is severely faded and has several minor cracks. Came with car when I bought it and just didn't get around to replacing.
- Several minor dings and a few scrapes.
I'm trying to be as thorough as I can and these are all the issues I'm aware of. With that in mind and how much has been invested in the car I'm looking for $4200 obo. Please feel free to pm or email at cslother@aol.com. Thanks for looking.
