Default 1997 BMW E36 M3 with LS1/T56 swap

This is your chance to have a perfect handing chassis with the power to back it up. Perfect 50/50 weight distribution, with a total vehicle weight below 3200 pounds.
PM me if interested
$17,000 OBO (well more than that invested)
I have a 1997 BMW M3 coupe that I installed a 2002 LS1 engine out of a Trans Am (engine has 36,000 miles, with documentation and proof of mileage).
The BMW chassis has 186,000 miles, and has newer (within last few years) OEM color Arctic Silver paint in almost perfect condition. There are two penny sized dings on the rear trunk lid, and one scratch on front bumper near radiator opening
Transmission is a T56 6 speed out of a 2006 GTO
The transmission shifts perfectly, and a Ram clutch was installed with a lightweight flywheel before the swap.
Factory 3.23 LSD rear differential (perfect gearing when mated to the GTO T56 gearing)
Engine has LS6 intake (stock), ported throttle body, Texas Speed 228R camshaft, PRC dual valve springs, LS2 timing chain, 7.40 pushrods, 1 7/8 headers to 2.5" high flow metallic core catalytic converters, dual in dual out Magnaflow Tru-X stainless muffler and 2.5" dual catback (single exit with dual tips).
New NGK TR55 spark plugs, new MSD spark plug wires, new O2 sensors, new K&N intake.
New OEM style radiator (aluminum)
Corvette fuel pressure regulator
ECM was tuned by Texas Speed (rear O2 sensors deleted, Evap removed, skip shift removed, etc.)
Check engine light wired to OEM BMW cluster and is functional
Tachometer works perfect
Engine coolant gauge on cluster works perfect
Headers were ceramic coated "chrome"
Custom driveshaft using GTO parts and BMW parts
The conversion kit is from Samberg Rod and Custom (custom subframe, motor mounts, transmission mounts, steering shaft)
The car has been a southern car its whole life, first sold in Atlanta, GA
There is absolutely no rust anywhere on the whole car
New 15% Llumar charcoal window tint
The car has working AC that blows ICE COLD. The swap uses the stock LS1 AC compressor.
I also have receipts for vehicle maintenance dating back to 1999 in a five inch thick folder.
All Samberg parts were powdercoated black before install
Car runs great with the swap and is a true sleeper
The car sits on brand new (Tire Rack) Kosei K1 (powdercoated Gunmetal) with Bridgestone Potenza RE050 Pole Postion tires (new) all the way around. 255/40ZR17 on the rear, 225/45ZR17 on the front.
The interior is in great condition and is black, with black "Vader" seats.
The suspension is Koni adjustable struts/shocks with H&R Sport springs
Depo HID glass headlights with LaminX protection
Carbon fiber BMW roundels (emblems)
Sony CD player with USB input
Black OEM kidney grilles
Additional set of Kosei K1 17x8.5 (no tires) also available for additional $550

The only thing it does not have is functioning heat. The heater core needs to be replaced. In Florida, this is not a huge concern to me.

The pictures below show the old intake setup, and different set of wheels (spare set). Mason Engineering strut bar is not included in the sale. There is one picture showing the new black cold air intake that has the MAF and air filter located behind bumper for cooler air. I will update with new pics when it stops raining. Also have tons of spare parts I will throw in.

Wow, that's an awesome concept for a toy. I'd love to turn some heads with that thing.
