I'm trying to sell my 04 Grand Marquis LS Ultimate Edition with 47500 miles on it. Silver, tan leather interior, full power seats, 15% tint, good tires and brakes, zero engine or drive train problems in the 9 months I have owned her. Problems: Doesn't have a front passenger side front window because someone broke into it and I haven't had the money or time to replace the window because of a move and new job so that's the major issue. Other than that a round scratch on front left of front bumper and some scratches on right side trim strip/around trim strip, also they scratched the wood grain strip on the dash and broke the bottom of the passenger cupholder when they bashed the window in. Driver seat has some wear but all other seats look and feel really nice. Drives great, easy rider, perfect for anyone who needs to cruise on the highway a lot as it gets up to 30mpg (I've averaged 28 multiple times on a 250 mile trip from Tarpon Springs to Boca Raton and vice versa) and has awesomely adjustable seats including power adjustable lumbar support.
Asking 6500 pretty firm, clean title in hand.
I could keep the car until the day I died as most people with these do in Florida but I really can't afford the gas mileage it gets going to work in stop and go traffic down McMullen Booth (bout 17) and I'd really like something a bit more sporty as my first car (03 mustang) was so that brings us to...
The fun part:
After I sell ^ car I am looking to immediately buy a 1996+ Nissan 240sx SE/LE with a standard trans KA24DE that preferably hasn't had much of any work done to it other than necessary but I'm all ears if you've tinkered around with it. As for anything else IE: bolt ons, exhaust, suspension I don't really care unless you've radically stanced the car or put wheels on it and stretched the tires, then I'm not interested. Not looking to drive a car with an unpainted/crappy body kit or mix and match panels as this will be my daily driver and hopefully project into the future; However I don't care if the paint isn't perfect. As for interior I'd prefer a nice one but if it's mechanically sound I can live with a below average interior. Budget is going to be between 5-6 thousand depending on what I sell my current car for. If you have one for sale or know of someone who does contact me.
Thanks for your time if you've read through my entire spiel.
