I am regretfully having to sell my project car. It's a 96 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS, 2.0 DOHC, with163,418 miles. Over the past 2 months I have dropped more than $3,000 into repairing and replacing everything possible. The last thing I expected was for the transmission to go out. The following has been replaced within the last 3 months:

Full Catback Exhaust System (Stainless Steel)
Stereo Head Unit & Speakers
Sunroof Motor and Assembly
LED Tag and Reverse Lights

Unfortunately, I have run out of money to replace the transmission and don't wanna let it go to waste. I have recieved two quotes to rebuild the transmission:

Thonotosassa Auto Repair of Thonotosassa, FL- $1,300
