Opinions on Crossfire?
I was just wondering what your opinions were on the newest car from Chrysler, the Crossfire...
How will it fare vs cars like a 350Z and RX-8?

It has a V6, 3.2L SOHC 18 valve engine which puts out a whopping 215 HP and 229 lb ft of torque
Comes standard with a 6 speed manual, but a 5 speed automatic is available...
18" wheels up front, 19" in rear (tire saver special)
It has an "ESP" system to help keep the car from spinning out of control (anti-fun feature) if the sensors show that you are losing traction in cornering, it will apply brakes to the appropriate wheel or even lessen throttle input to keep the car going front first...
Speed-sensitive deployable rear spoiler at approximately 60 mph
Rear Wheel drive
3000 lbs
0-60 mph: 5.8 sec
Top Speed: 148 mph
Thats all I could find

Everyone seems to complain about not enough power, yet it has a 5.8 0-60 time? Isn't that on par with the SRT4? IMHO thats good enough stock for the type of driver that is going to buy one of these.
Throw in the 253hp 3.5L 24v 300M engine and there probably wouldn't be as many complaints about power.
I am also not too keen on the 3v per cylinder type designs, my Hyundai has a 12v head and it is completely half ass. I mean if you are going to bother to make a head with more flow than the normal 2v per cylinder, you might as well stick 4 valves in each cylinder, not 3...

0-60 5.8? That sounds like another UNDER Rated HP claim....thats gotta be at the wheels to pull those times in a 3000lb beast. SRT weighs in close to 3K.
I pulled a 5.8 0-60 with no traction in first , and lightin up second.
