That's an SRT-4 motor. Or at least intake mani, valve cover, timing belt cover, throttle body...

Looks good Josiah. What turbo is it?

its an SRT4 motor....stock internally, with my hahn 20g, the TB is actually my modified stock 49mm TB from my 98 since it bolted up and I didnt feel like buying an SRT4 one just yet, as you notice with my wiring, this is being run from a standalone(hence no MAP sensor in the manifold, I tapped it for a GM MAT sensor instead) and some of you may be interested to know that the fuel rail is from a 96 SOHC car, bolts right up with some nuts used as spacers

yeah, my built '96 2.4 decided to spin a rod bearing(bad judgement when originally assembling it, I decided I didnt need a new crank because of a small scratch on one of the rod journals...I was wrong....anyway, this motor is to replace the 96 while I tear it down and rebuild it, then I will probably end up swapping the '96 2.4 engine into my '95 neon, but once I get this thing fired up and driveable I'll be by to see you with it(currently need to get my trigger wheel mounted on the pulley and some I/C stuff finished, then I should be set to go

Does the 96 SOHC rail have a schrader valve on it and how does the size compare to the SRT stock rail?

yes, the SOHC has a schrader valve on it(my FPR is connected to it via the SS line in the picture) as far as size vs the SRT rail...no clue, large enough to support 500HP though so I dont much care, since this block will never see more than that anyway

there isnt much of a difference in size at all. when i bought all my turbo stuff it came with a srt fuel rail and stage 1 injectors. i compared the fuel rails and there pretty much the same size, it wasnt worth the hastle of putting a valve on the srt one so i just kept my stock one that already has a schrader valve onit.
