Sounds good...how much did Tilton get you for on those disks?

What's the T56 going to be mated up to?

the t56 is from a lt1. im putting it on the 7mgte in my 84 supra. i got the discs from summit. cheapest place i could find them. they were ~$50 more from tilton directly. i guess summit gets a bulk discount or something, idk. $237 for the discs and $160 for the pp spring.

the bleed line and rebuild parts for my qm1 internal slave cylinder. also shim kit and clutch bolts.

my tilton twin cermetalic discs for my t56 swap.

this is my tilton ultra high ratio pp spring

the parts laid out with the tripple plate metalic parts. twin disc cermetalic and tripple metalic both use the same cover.

and the twin plate setup assembled.

Nice setup! I will be interested to see how streetable this is once you have it complete so make sure you post up how it works out. I know fully metallic disks would be impossible but I want to know if the cermetallic really makes that much of a difference. I might end up doing something like this in the future.

well the cermetalic is the ones tilton sells for the 1jz for street use. its not the easiest clutch to street drive but is driveable. friend of mine has been running this clutch on his 1j for ~1-2 years. tilton says the cermetalic can withstand the heat of slipping where as the metalic cant as its so thin. i needed something that would hold 800+ hp and not be so stiff id have to worry about crankwalk.
