It does look like fun. Nothing to go out and buy a 240 for. I was a week away from giving up on finding a DSM and buying a 240 instead back when I was looking for a car, and if I'd gotten the 240, I'd probably be out there trying it, too. I know that the first RWD sports car I get is going to get some slide-time in a parking lot somewhere, at whatever point in the future that I get one, but even if the fad is alive and has turned into an actual sport by that time, I don't think I'd ever get into it seriously.

I don't think drifting is a fad. I've heard many of these young kids in Tampa talk about drifting in their circle of friends but don't actually do it. Hell, I know I can't drift and not trying to mess up my only source of transportation, I do enjoy watching those who participate. My 240 is just pimpin' that's all.
