he can get a new car before then.
im pretty sure you cant run two cars per race (ie: no backup cars)
but you can run more than one per season

no, actually there is a new rule that you can run a back up car if you put it on a list. only the car on the list can be used if the main one is broke/wrecked. rob did awsome and would have made it further if he hadn't blown an intercooler pipe off. and the rules state you only have 5 minutes to get the car fixed, which is kinda gee if you ask me.
