I got a notice of several ( cruise-in shutdowns.
Keystone Motor Club had over 80+ cars for 3rd Saturday on 16 July.

The fireworks tent with the hole blown into the roof (I did not do that.....honest! ) has been removed from the South Grassy Field! lol

Here's your excuse to get a tent for your club for the grassy field behind the parking spots.

KMC will have an early roll-in at 930AM (16 cars beat me there on July 16 at 9AM) then stay as long as you want to.
KMC has a huge shade tree in the North Lot, and a couple smaller trees. We will have a Beach Picture Backdrop of the beach.
plus some FREE Hawaiian leis while they last! Pick yours up at registration! And a loaner straw beach hat for pictures!

You can bring some sand to registration.....no joke!
We will do the ceremonial "pouring of the sand" and the normal UN-usual shenanigans!
Club Participation with No Minimum # of cars, 50/50 guaranteed $, 30 second registration, FREE BBQ sandwiches,
ift Certificates, Door Prizes, collectible fridge magnets, Magazines, 24 inch Trophies, and still NO ENTRY FEE.
Bring the camera. Bring a lawn chair. Bring a beach umbrella! Bring your Super-Soaker Water guns! Bring your kids!

Thinking about hooking up the sprinkler for the adventuresome folks wearing bathing suits and flip flops....
That water is COLD!...I tested it! lol

This video was so inspiring. I watched it, and next thing i know I’m at the walmart check out buying dried chilis. A product I have always been too afraid to use. Making a variation on this, bc all i had was coors light and i added bell peppers. My apartment smells amazing. I’m so excited to try this in 30 minutes

All of the world champion recipes are also posted on the Chili Appreciation Society Appreciation website. There are several different ways to make a red chili recipe and this is a competition championship chili recipe so it does not include many of those raw ingredients found in a home version of the traditional comfort food chili recipe such as onions or peppers. In competition, you can't add raw ingredients so you must use powders. If you want to try this at home -- which I recommend because it is DELICIOUS -- you can buy all of the chili powders I named online.
