Our rain policy is to keep your show car clean and dry.
Bring a substitute vehicle, and we draw names for awards.
We also are having the chili cook off.
More people want to have the event instead of stay home and watch TV. lol

Keystone Rainy day policy.
In case it even looks like rain, keep your show car dry.
Keystone Motor Club allows substitute vehicles.
Sign in as normal and we will draw for prizes.

Why?
Other shows cancel and then the rain doesn't happen.
I have loaded a bunch of trophies for the Chili Cook Off.
I have loaded the Best Of Show Trophy.
I'm not staying home.

If only ONE car shows up, they get the door prizes, they get the
gift certificates, they get the guaranteed $25 in the 50/50.

As Toretto says in Fast and Furious:
"A win is a win."
The ones who don't win at Keystone are the people who don't show up.

I was asked sometime back.......what are the "Requirements" to join the Keystone Motor Club.
If your "anything is welcome" vehicle has a Motor, you are IN! That's the only "rule" I remember. What do you drive?
We don't collect any dues. Put it in your gas tank. We meet 3rd Saturdays at 16921 Gunn Hwy, 33556 Odessa/Tampa/Keystone at Yellow Bird Studios Parking lots at Fox's Corner traffic light opposite the gas station

Coming on NOV 12, a week before Keystones meeting on NOV 19, we will be supporting
Keystone Civic Association's Free Family Festival. AL Mavorah has attended meetings, and your show car will be welcome......we will have a tent set up with our display to provide shade for you at Keystone Recreation Center, 17928 Gunn Highway, Odessa, FL 33556 Roll in around 9-10AM until we hear differently. I plan to get there at 8AM to avoid the traffic jam. They expect 4,000 visitors.

We are the most laid back easy going car club there is.
Where we meet there are retirees and farmers plus some people who cashed out their 401K and bought the car they always wanted in high school...... and now they like hanging out with us. 30 people signed in to get the Free Blue Ticket Gift Certificate and 60 to 80 showed up just to hang out with us. It was a great day!

Early roll in to get a good parking spot is around 930AM or sooner....at our regular place.

You can drive over individually or meetup at the restaurant. Pete says that on Sunday FEB 19th some people will meet in the parking lot next to the Eagles Club House at 8:00 AM. We’ll leave by 8:15 so as to drive together for conversation and socializing over breakfast in Oldsmar. Thank you for the phone call today and your suggestions.
All the ads that I checked had the RSVP mention with Keith and Paula
for Friday night dinner, plus their email and phone number.
None of the ads had an address, so the only way someone could get
the location was to RSVP. with Keith and Paula.

If you find an ad that has the RSVP part missing, please send it to me
and I will look into it.

Following the KMC meet/car show on Saturday FEB 18, I will be sending this out as part
of our after-the-meet newsletter.

Don't put it off. At some point there will be an acceptance cut off. Tour details may be given,
but food planning cannot be done at the last minute. The Cigar City Flatheads
driving tour is co-hosted by Tampa Drifters, so RSVP for Free dinner Friday night before MAR 3.

We have our free car show on 3rd Saturdays but not at 3pm.

Here is one of our correct legitimate ads. Sometimes another ad is posted close to ours and that causes confusion. Some people do arrive for an early roll in around 9:30 or sometimes earlier to get a good parking spot. A picture is below of where we meet. About 40 cars sign in and 60 to 80 show up to hang out with their friends.

Good Day,
I’ve been working on joining the group for sometime now.
Getting what I can do done to have my car back on the road.
I hired a “ mechanic “ to do the rest. Unfortunately he skipped out w/$’s and supposedly parts. I am left with needing break lines and break drums repaired possibly.
Can you recommend anyone that could look at on site? Since I would have to tow it somewhere?
Any and all information would be helpful.

It is a kit car (Gazzel SSK). registered as a Ford 1974. It was passed down by my Dad. I’ve been working on it for awhile trying to join up with the monthly meets off Gunn.
Have had a few set backs with my health and now the latest basically getting ripped off .
