Plus, yes, you CAN build a whole car from a catalog now. Immagine where you could go with the car building it from scratch. Then calling it an "original" with title and everything. If you do it with a current title, then go to apply for title transfer, it never says "kit" on it anywhere. Whereas if it's a kit car, then it says something about when it was built. I forget what it says though. I had a kit car once....Got rid of it. Fukin POS.
